Helping Out at a Fundraiser for Tourette’s Syndrome

Frank’s Catering and Baked Goods is a local shop in our community and they are personally affected by Tourette’s Syndrome.  I was invited with some other friends to come and sing during their fundraiser.  The main purpose of the event was to raise awareness of Tourette’s Syndrome. It was a lot of fun and it was great to see the community come together.  This family is very involved with hockey so it was nice to see all the team supporters as well.

Go check it out. The food is amazing!

I’m not in a position to help much financially but I’m always happy and  willing to help out in any way I can, even if it means singing a few songs or helping with some of the activities.

You got a T-Shirt if you made a donation

I had a huge fundraiser to help me get to New Zealand for the last World Championship so I know how much work is involved and I also know how much the generosity is appreciated from others.  This made me start to think about the fundraiser that I’m going to have in September to help me get to  Spain.

We sang a lot of different songs but I love singing our Original Theme song called “Win this Fight” since it’s so appropriate for fundraisers like this.
